Rental Policies
- All reservations are on the first come bases. To confirm your order please kindly arrange confirmation by calling or sending an email.
- Delivery/Set-up/Tear-down/pick-up service is available within Calgary and surrounding areas, call for pricing and details. All Chairs/Tables will be delivered stacked and should be placed stacked at time of pick-up unless a set-up and take-down service was requested.
- A Valid Credit Card is required upon pick-up or delivery. This acts as a security deposit for all rentals. Call for Details.
- A Rental Agreement will be provided at the time of pickup or delivery.
- We gladly accept Cash, Cheques, Interac Email Money Transfers and Both major credit cards (Mastercard and VISA).
- Chafing Dishes must be returned food free and rinsed. Cleaning charges may apply for uncleaned items.
- Weather is beyond our control. Please ensure you check the weather before your delivery day. During periods of severe weather (i.e high winds, heavy rain, etc), if you decide to cancel, there will be no charge, but if you decide to keep the rental then there will be no refund. Once we arrive at your party and you wish to cancel, you will be charged in full and no refund will be issued. If the weather is too severe, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to safety concerns, the potential for equipment damage, or other weather related risks.
- Replacement fees will be levied for any broken, damaged, non-returned or missing items.
- Cancellations: All cancellations made less than 20 calendar days before your rental date are subject to a charge of 25% of your rental cost, unless the cancellation is due to rainy or severe weather on the day of your rental. In case of rainy or severe weather you'll get 100% refund, if any amount has been paid in advance. The number of chairs and tables can only be reduced by upto 10% at anytime before delivery date. Request for extra chairs, tables, etc. can be accommodated depending upon availability without extra charge. Change of rental dates may be accommodated depending on our bookings without incurring a loss in your rental deposit.
- All rentals are one day use only, unless specified. 50% of the original rental price will apply each day for late returns.
- Tent Installs - If you are not sure of Gas lines under your property then please call Alberta One @ 1-800-242-3447 or visit their website www.alberta1call.com. Please do this at least a week before your rental and they will come by and mark your property for FREE.
